Returns and Refund Policy

At DryMart, we take pride in delivering premium-quality dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and healthy snacks sourced with care. Since our products are food items, we follow a strict returns and refund policy to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, we are happy to assist if you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • An incorrect product
  • A missing item
  • A product that is expired or unfit for consumption
  • A product damaged during transit

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Refunds

Once we verify your claim, we may offer one of the following:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • A replacement product
  • Store credit (where applicable)

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and are credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the required account details are provided.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Products opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery
  • Minor variations in color, size, or texture, as these are natural agricultural products

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears heavily damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend:

  • Taking clear photographs before opening the package.
  • If the damage appears significant, you may refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.

Every DryMart product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. We are committed to delivering fresh, premium-quality products from Kashmir and across India.
